Former nun switches robes for latex. Now it’s part of her PhD – and you can help.
When Damcho first came to LAM, the very first thing she did was try on – and buy – some latex clothes from Krystina of Ectomorph. And just like that, she was hooked. Before her ten years as a practicing Buddhist nun, she was a professional artist and has now been offered an amazing opportunity by the Royal College of Art to do a PhD which will bring the different strands of her life together in a study of ritual – including the wearing of latex. But that takes substantial funds.
LAM were the first to offer her support, by awarding her a Kink Development Grant and offering her a stall at this month’s event. So on 5th March you can meet Damcho to find out more about what she’s up to and see if you can help by supporting her GoFundMe campaign for her PhD and/or by participating in her study of the rituals of dressing and undressing with latex. So look for the friendly, rubbery lady at the “Bodhi Unbound” stall handing out “Love Me, Love Latex” M&Ms!
