Newsletter - 1st December 2006

Dear subscribers,

The tenth LAM is around the corner and it's looking like it'll be a fantastic warm up to mark the countdown to Christmas. Over 30 stalls to browse for Christmas presents, with stocking fillers and even the stockings ready to be filled!

This month in addition to our regular stalls we have a range of new stalls we are delighted to present to you. These include:

  • Discreet Engraving Services offering something brand new at the LAM, with a range of engraving services as well as custom made stainless steel insertables; yes, these can be engraved too, they offer people that special individual touch.
  • Sakura Designs who are bringing a range of burlesque and vintage inspired hats along on Sunday, so if your wanting to transport back in time then head over and have a look.
  • Velda Lauder with a range of bespoke corsets, specialising in corsets for the larger lady, great place to stop by if you want to spoil the woman in your life.
  • Libby Rose designs with Mistress T, offering you a range of clothing and accessories to dress up and explore your fantasies, of find a new outfit for that Christmas outing.

As ever, the day is packed with things to do and see:

  • 11am — Doors open.
  • 12:30pmLAM workshop. The 8th LAM workshop is focusing on how to keep your toys clean and ready for festive fun.
  • 2pm — The LAM presents Alex Jacob with a Christmas-inspired bull-whip performance that we are sure will knock your socks off, as well as turn the heat up, Alex is always a master to watch and someone who can make most people jump.
  • 4pm — the LAM draw; we shall be giving some of you LAM cash to go and spend.
  • 6pm — The LAM closes and it's time to go home or to the party.

Since our launch in March, the LAM has raised over £4700 for our community causes. As always, we welcome any community cause that could use either funds or a platform to address a number of people — contact us and we can see how LAM can help. This month Backlash are back selling their wonderful 2007 calendar up near the ground floor bar.

As masked balls seem all the rage this month if you looking for something to dress to impress or add the finishing touch to an outfit check out the fantastic range at Strictly Sensuous.

We look forward to seeing you this coming Sunday 3rd December 2006 and welcoming you back in 2007 on the 7th January!

Regards,
