Well it's almost LAM time again and we have
a great day in store. To illustrate this month's Rope Bondage theme we have commissioned
a new flyer, quite literally a flying suspension
LAMb. The workshop will be on
Hogties and Harnesses by DogTrainer1974 ahead of his classes at Shibaricon this year.
The stage demo will be MoonlightShadow's stunning self suspension with candle
display. The last time she performed at JustRope
in London the whole room stopped to watch her – breathtaking
and stunning
barely
begin to describe her, this is one you need to get a good view for.
We will also be welcoming to the flock some new stalls:
The official schedule for the day is:
As a special prize for the 4pm draw this month we have two pairs of tickets on offer just for filling in a draw card at the community desk. One lucky pair will be attending the The Dominant Womyns Luncheon while the other pair of tickets is for the Radical Touch workshop of Cléo Bubois.
On Wednesday 23rd May Cléo is leading a Radical Touch workshop at Toynbee Studios (near Aldgate East, London E1). Radical Touch is a workshop for anyone who wants to expand trust, heighten sensation and deepen intimacy in the bedroom.
In this 2-hour workshop you will discover the archetypes that inhabit our erotic landscape — Daddy, naughty schoolboy or girl, proud princess, femme fatale, Mistress and many others. A range of partner exercises demonstrate techniques for deeper kinky play. The workshops cost £30 per person but will be sold at LAM this Sunday for £25. If you would like to attend please bring £25 in cash to the community desk.
Cléo Dubois is a legendary San Francisco Domme and SM educator, described by
Annie Sprinkle as the world's best kinky coach.
She is in the UK for the last 2
weeks of May with her husband Fakir Musafar.
The LAM after market partying will resume at its new home about 10 minutes travel from the Clapham Grand. Tickets purchased at the LAM will be £5, tickets on the door for £8. Dungeon furniture is again provided by Sweet Torments and a few items from MC's private collection. With the loss of the Sweet Torments venue it may be you only chance to use the kit for a while and with the bank holiday weekend rumours are abound about what clubs and events to go on to after.
Don't forget the LAM love police will also be out and about all month; if you spot someone you want an introduction to, tell anyone wearing a love police arm band and they will be happy to help. If you are interested in joining the Love Police please let us know, we are always keen to recruit.
To date the LAM has raised over £7800 in support of scene causes and community projects — for this, and your continued support, we would like to thank you.
We're looking forward to welcoming you back on the 6th May for the next LAM and After Market party.
Regards,
