Well it's almost LAM time again with our first event of 2009 happening on Sunday the 4th January at the Rise Bar; 49 Lavender Gardens, SW11 1DJ

We hope you all had an enjoyable festive season and are in the mood to meet friends socialise and of course shop for perverted goodies.

New for 2009 the London Alternative Market will now be opening its doors from 12 midday with slight changes to the times of our workshops please see below for details.

We will be having two workshops this month which will be hosted by SiMply workshops; the first will be Bound for a new year (Bondage for Beginners) — presented by Master Cosmic @ 2pm — and Making an impact (Impact play) — Presented by Volcanic Sparks @ 4pm. The workshops will be held in a curtained-off area upstairs with hand-outs and copies of the slides available to the first 50 people.

As always we will have the LAM entry draw of £25 LAM cash for two lucky visitors.

The event will be in support of the Spanner Trust who continue to challenge the laws with regards consensual SM and assault as well as making available a fantastic resource about the planned Extreme Pornography legislation.

The LAM After Market Party is on again as usual at a venue very close to this month's LAM and offers a great chance to chill out, socialise and test those new toys. Tickets are £5 at the LAM from Andrex Puppy, Volcanic Sparks or the community desk.
